Anthony and his team worked very efficiently throughout the process and took lots of time and effort to help ensure that the end result was what I wanted. There were extra works that needed to be carried out such as full re-wire, and they still made sure that they kept as close to the original time frame as possible. They were diligent, communicative, accurate, professional, timely and all those things. It goes without saying. I have no complaints. The real value was his ability to have honest difficult conversation with me and a) tell me when I was making a mistake and b) suggest fair and viable compromises. I am happy with the work that Anthony, and his associates, did. The works to my bathroom were all done to a good quality which included a new stud wall; lights, extractor fan, bath and towel radiator installation; and a final plaster. I felt that the quote was fair and I was kept up to date with progress from that point to completion. I would happily contact Anthony again for any future projects.

Anthony and the team were fantastic. The communication throughout was brilliant and we were very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work by Mike, the kitchen fitter. Anthony Pulman and his team built a 50 Sqm extension on our 300 year old house. They also landscaped the outside, created parking areas using a mesh grass system with a cobbled drive and ragstone walls. The result is spectacular and Anthony managed the whole process sticking to the agreed budget with variations occurring only because we expanded the scope of the build. The teams he has working with him were excellent at their jobs, polite, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. It took me 3 years to find a builder I could trust and Anthony was a great decision.

Very helpful and pleasant work men, very reliable coming when booked and arriving early in the morning. If they had to pick something up for the job, they always let me know the day before. I’m very happy with the finished result.

We were very impressed with the work of Anthony and his team. They delivered on their time estimate of x3 months to get our extension built and Anthony coordinated the various tradesmen efficiently and also his team were excellent in their commitment and quality of work. Of particular note was their carpentry ability including repurposing existing units during reconfiguration, designing and delivering a kitchen island and finishing touches. We were very impressed with Anthony and the team who did our patio and fencing in January 2024. The workmanship was done to a very high standard and Anthony was excellent at communicating throughout, as well as making adjustments as we went along based on feedback. We had a full house renovation by Pulman carpentry which was managed by Anthony. Project to create a one bedroom dormer with en suite and additional storage. I approached Anthony about my project after seeing the work he completed on a neighbours property. Work commenced June & involved all trades, concluding early August. All trades were on site at various times and got on with the job well. Anthony coordinated the work start to fininsh and we remained in regular contact throughout. We worked to a payment schedule based on progress. We agreed additional necassary work along the way which was costed and factored in with minimal effort. Happy with result & timescale

Anthony and Pulman Construction transformed our 1950s house into a stunning modern home. They managed everything: a full gut-and-rebuild, new roof/dormer, extension, rewire/plumbing and landscaping. Following three lovely jobs done for us (opening up our kitchen/diner, putting a pitched roof on instead of flat, and refitting our bathroom) we asked Anthony to landscape our garden, including re-laying patios and paths, rebuilding crumbling brick structures and clearing and re turfing.
